Important: By scheduling a service appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Overview
Expert Appliance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides appliance repair and maintenance services for Bosch and other home appliances. Our services include:
- Diagnostic services and troubleshooting
- Repair and replacement of appliance components
- Preventive maintenance
- Installation services (where applicable)
2. Service Appointments
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We will confirm your appointment time and provide an estimated arrival window. While we strive to be punctual, arrival times may vary due to traffic, previous appointments, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access Requirements
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the appliance requiring service, including a safe and clear work area. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service appointment.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service Call Fee
A diagnostic service call fee of $89 applies to all appointments. This fee covers the technician's visit and diagnosis of the appliance issue. The service call fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
Repair Estimates
After diagnosis, our technician will provide a written estimate for the repair, including parts and labor costs. No repair work will be performed without your prior approval of the estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For repairs exceeding $500, a deposit may be required before ordering parts.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any estimate provided will be honored for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
4. Warranty
90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty
All repairs performed by Expert Appliance are covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and repair it at no additional charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by power surges, floods, or other external events
- Cosmetic damage
- Repairs performed by third parties after our service
- Appliances that have been moved after repair
Manufacturer Warranties
Our warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranty. We recommend checking your appliance's manufacturer warranty before authorizing repairs, as our service may affect existing warranty coverage.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues not related to our repair.
- We are not liable for spoiled food, water damage, or other losses resulting from appliance malfunction.
6. Parts and Components
We use high-quality replacement parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications. In some cases, we may use:
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts
- OEM-equivalent aftermarket parts
- Refurbished parts (with customer consent)
All parts are covered under our 90-day warranty. Replaced parts become our property unless otherwise agreed.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your appliance and the issues you're experiencing
- Ensure the appliance is accessible and the work area is clear
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
- Be present (or have an authorized adult present) during service
- Make timely payment for services rendered
- Follow any care instructions provided after repair
8. Website Use
When using our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in forms
- Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with the website's operation
- Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the website without permission

10. Third-Party Disclaimer
Independent Service Provider: Expert Appliance is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bosch, BSH Home Appliances, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation.
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

13. Severability
